My name is Davis Farris and I am a student at Murray State University. I love music, technology and the outdoors.
Some of my favorite bands include Counting Crows, Gomez, Damien Rice and Cute Is What We Aim For. I also play a few instruments as well. The piano and the ukulele are my favorites at this point. Not only do I play some instruments but I try to write songs. I have written one song that I really like and a few that I am not too fond of. Here is one of my favorite songs.

I am fairly fond of technology, I am a huge fan of any Apple product. My family had a Mac Mini before Mac's were cool. Also, July 11, 2008, I waited in line for the new iPhone 3G. I love it. Without technology the human race wouldn't be what it is today.
As for the outdoors, I love to mountain bike, rock climb, backpack, camp, canoe, hike, trail run and swim. I would like to participate in the Iron Man Triathlon one day or even better, an Adventure Race. This is a picture of me and my best friends doing a little backpacking.
